*not all repairs qualify for our 5 year warranty. Based on the nature of the issue some repairs cannot be covered with a warranty. When a warranty covers the job, it will be stated in the proposal.
The 50 year product and workmanship
The 50-year material and / or workmanship warranty is available only on qualifying full roof replacement packages and is determined solely by the package customer selects. Not all packages qualify.
